
These falls are divided into five cascades and feature a cave, impressive biodiversity, beautiful scenery, and an aerial bridge.
On the first level, there is a main waterfall split into two parallel branches, estimated to be about 80 meters long, which flows into a basin.
These waters flow through a forest gallery surrounded by savannah filled with Parinari curatellifolia and Pericopsis angolensis, as well as large trees such as the Newtonia buchananii. The Karera Waterfalls have been designated as a protected area since 1980.
